Future Planner

Future Planner is a financial planning tool available in the app for UK resident Premier customers.

It can help you to capture your aspirations, as well as to understand your current financial profile.

This can then help you to identify how you could achieve your aspirations, which could be through exploring savings and investment options or from speaking to an adviser. Capital at risk. Eligibility and fees apply.

Future Planner is only available for UK resident Premier customers.

When you get started with Future Planner, you'll be able to swipe through a series of aspirations to let us know what's important to you.

Or, you can use the buttons ‘Not important’ or ‘Important’ at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to skip this and come back to choosing your aspirations later, you can select ‘Skip aspirations’. When you're ready, go to 'Manage aspirations' on the Future Planner dashboard.

Once you've created an aspiration, select 'Review details'.

You'll then be able to choose whether you expect your goal to be achieved in ‘Less than 5 years’ or ‘More than 5 years’.

Once we know your goal's timeline we'll give you some options you could take to help you achieve it.

If Future Planner gives you the option to get in touch with a Premier Specialist for advice, they'll just ask you a few questions about your goals to find out whether our financial advice can help.

There's no charge for this initial conversation, or obligation to proceed – it's another benefit of banking with us.

If you decide to continue, your adviser will arrange a meeting with you to talk through your personalised plan.

They'll cover the range of recommended products hand-picked from selected providers, including HSBC. Plus, they'll talk you through any charges and answer any of your questions. Then, the choice is up to you.
