Helping people with disabilities in the workplace - DS WorkFit
Rachel is one of our Regional Heads of Business Banking. She’s also mother to Lucas, who has Down’s Syndrome, and is passionate about inclusivity.
Her close ties with the Down’s Syndrome Association, led her to its DS WorkFit programme.
We offered 6 people identified by the DS WorkFit programme 3-month paid work experience placements at HSBC UK branches in the Midlands and South East.
Helping change the face of banking – MOBOLISE
We’re excited to be working with MOBOLISE to connect Black talent with HSBC UK, because ethnicity should never be a barrier to opportunity.
