How to access the health services

Who's covered by Premier health

Who can access the HSBC Life Online Health Services

The app is available to UK Premier account holders, their partners, and dependent children under the age of 23.

If you moved overseas after 3 February 2025, some services may be restricted. Contact us for information. Terms and conditions apply. For full details on who's covered, see the customer brochure.

Who's eligible for Cancer Bereavement Cover

Cover is automatically available to all UK Premier account holders who've been a UK resident since 3 February 2025. If you moved overseas after 3 February 2025 you still retain the Cancer Bereavement Cover.

If you move to the UK for the first time on or after 3 February 2025, it’s essential you update your address with us. We can then assess and let you know if you qualify for these benefits.

Your policy starts when HSBC UK send you your Cancer Bereavement Cover policy documents. As cover is a core feature of the Premier Bank Account it can only be cancelled if your account is closed.

You'll only be able to hold one policy even if you have more than one HSBC UK Premier Account.

See the policy booklet for full details on exclusions, limitations and our complaints procedure, and to ensure the cover meets your needs.
