How to set up or amend a Direct Debit
Choose or change the amount you pay off your HSBC Credit Card each month, change which account you pay from, or which payment type you use.
Set up/amend a Direct Debit from your HSBC account:
Complete and submit the Direct Debit eForm
Set up a Direct Debit from your non-HSBC account:
Complete, sign and submit our electronic Direct Debit Mandate.
Alternatively, you can print off and complete the Direct Debit mandate and hand it into your nearest HSBC Branch or post to:
Customer Service Centre, BX8 2HB
What happens next?
Direct Debits can now take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process. After the Direct Debit has been processed, it will be effective from the date of your next statement.
Please continue to make manual payments until you receive notification that your Direct Debit is set up.
