- fewer envelopes on your doormat
- easy to file and find information when you need it
- access via desktop, tablet or mobile – whenever, wherever and however you want
We won’t email you anything you wouldn’t have received by post - it’s just a more convenient way to get information to you - for example, if there are key changes to your account.
It’s quick and easy to get started - you only need to add your email address to your account.
How to sign up
Online banking
- Log on to online banking.
- Select 'Personal or address details' from the 'My banking' menu at the top of the screen.
- Enter your email address and click 'Confirm'.

* Lines are open 8am to 8pm every day (HSBC Premier and Jade customer lines are open 24 hours a day). Lines will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
