Branch quiet hour

We run a daily quiet hour from 14:00 to 15:00 in all our UK branches to support anyone with conditions like autism, dementia or ADHD. This includes a designated quiet space and increased awareness and support from staff.
Hidden disabilities

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower discreetly indicates to people around you that you may need extra support or a little more time. You can collect a free lanyard for you or someone you know from any of our branches.
Support Hub powered by Experian

Experian Support Hub

We've teamed up with Experian to launch the Support Hub to make it easier to get you any extra help. The hub lets you tell several organisations in one go about what support you need – and that includes us.
